[Breaking News] Court rules, "NewJeans is affiliated with ADOR... not allowed to do independent activities"
The 50th Civil Agreement Division of the Seoul Central District Court accepted ADOR's application for an injunction against the NewJeans members to "preserve the status of the agency and prohibit the signing of advertising contracts."
The court ruled that NJZ (NewJeans), who is in an exclusive contract dispute with ADOR, should not engage in independent activities.
1. HYBE won
2. Oh my god, I feel sorry for the kids. What the hell is going on?
3. I knew this would happen..
4. Even though I like NewJeans, to be honest, this result is too obvious
5. To be honest, this is true
6. It's annoying, but it's true... Contracts are no joke ㅠㅠ
7. No way... Laws and contracts don't change just because you scream in the comments that you hate HYBE
8. I also support NewJeans. But the fact that the court ruled like that means NewJeans did not have enough grounds to terminate the contract, so I don't think there is anything to criticize ADOR for this decision;; Now, they will follow the correct termination process or if they think the ban is unfair, they will review and find a solution
9. If the contract is terminated because you can't do what you want within the contract period, it will cause a lot of chaos in Korea, so it's impossible. Do you really think that will happen?
10. Unlike in the communities, the common people around me don't understand why NewJeans has to go to that extent. I think it's a natural result legally
